At random intervals, a folder called My eBooks appears in My Documents. It's not one that I have created, and I don't need it, so I delete it. Then, a few days or weeks later, it will appear again!If it's some kind of neccesary system folder, how come I can go for weeks without seeing it? How can I nuke it permanently?

Thanks very much. I followed the steps in your link and it seems to be cured; Adobe 6.0 now opens without any new folders popping up. Judging by the feedback on the website, I'd be wise to keep an eye on it for a while...
Does this apply to Acrobat Reader 7.0 too?
