FLV Files to play on TV.

I would like to conver FLV Files to play on my TV.

I would like to convert and burn them to a DVD disc so that I can play them on my DVD player and watch them on my regular TV set.
Does anyone know of a good and free software that will do this conversion and burn the files in DVD format?
