Flock w32/dropper infection

I have been using the latest beta of Flock for about a week and finding it to be thoroughly enjoyable and feature packed, but I seem to have picked up a dropper virus through it and every time I clean the system, remove Flock completely then try to reinstall, the thing comes back up. My antivirus detects and deletes the infected files immediately but I am worried that there is something on my PC just targeting Flock or that the program itself is completely infected at source.
Can anyone help or clarify?

i do not have flock beta, but A2 Squared keeps flashing up false positives for dropper trojan for various programs, your AV might be throwing up a F/P too. have you quarentined the file to see if flock still works.

I will try quarantining - my antivirus just deletes automatically.
