Flash player problem - please help!

I have a problem which I'm struggling to resolve. When I try to watch anything on Youtube, I get the message 'error on page' on the bottom left of the screen and the player does not display. The only way I can resolve this temporarily is to keep installing Adobe flash player everytime I want to go back onto the sight? What could be causing this? I'm running Vista.

It's no good continually installing Flash player.

You should remove previous versions first using the uninstall tool click here

Once it's uninstalled, then install the latest version click here

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately I've tried that already - it works for a short while then it's the same as before.

Ok, I've noticed that the flash player stops working when I close my browser. It works fine after I restart my laptop.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
