Flash Player problem

Having seen various problems relating to Flash Player, there must be a problem with Flash player.
It seems every day when I try to run something requiring F/player I'm informed I have to install this program.
I first run unistall then reload F/Player. But why do I have to carry out this task every other day?
I'm running XP home.

In my opinion a lot of badly written flash ads corrupt flash player and in turn ie7/ie6. install ie7pro to cut out the ads.
