Flash Drive Write Protected

  Trickyhicky` 23:17 31 Aug 2006

Hi Guys,

Has anyone one got any ideas. I have a 128 MB Flash Drive that has only 106MB of data stored on it. The thing is it won't let me format it, delete or re name files or add files.

When I try to do it the system tells me that "The Disk Is Write Protected".

Now this confuses the hell out of me as there are no switches that can lock the drive as with an MP3 Player.
