would this set up work and will it be good, also what could be improved (this is my first build and want it for gaming)

No graphic card mentioned therefore don't see any point of getting the Corsair AX860 860W unless you're getting a top end card or SLI-ing in the near future, suggest a 550W -650W PSU instead.

Corsair 128GB Force Series SSD is reliable (personal experience) ,been using them for years without any problem with excellent after sale services.

You may not be able to use the full speed of Corsair Memory Vengeance Pro Series Red 8GB DDR3 2133 MHz without some serious overclocking .
