Firewall Alert - Is this normal?

  frostysnowman 11:40 27 May 2008

I have just installed McAfee Internet Security 2007 and when I tried to update it I received the following Alert:
Layered Service Providers (LSP) can intercept your data on the network and change or redirect it. Legitimate LSP's include parental control software, firewalls and other security programs. Spyware can use LSP's to monitor your internet activity and modify your data. To avoid installation of the Operating System use McAfee programs to automatically remove Spyware and compromised LSP's
Rule Type: Registry
Process: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe
Process Description: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services.
Can anybody advise me if this alert is normal and nothing to worry about. Thanks for any advise.
