Following another thread that I read, I have installed IE Tabs Plus in my Firefox.
Can anyone explain to me how I get Firefox to always open in IE Tabs.
Thank you

Try under Firefox/Tools/IETab Options and under General Settings - "always use current engine to open a new URL"

Also FYI there should be a Firefox logo bottom right hand side of your browser.
Just clicking on that logo will swap between Firefox and IE.

sorry rawprawn : that does not seem to do what you wanted.

Thanks for the reply anyway, I have decided to give Firefox another try but I want it to open in IE Tabs as default.
I seem to be struggling with getting it to do what I want and it isn't always easy to see which is operating.

What about on options as above to UI Prefs tab - any help there?

rawprawn:
the Firefox logo which I referred to (again under IETab options - make sure status bar icon is ticked under UI Prefs) will change to an IE logo when you click on it and switch between engines....that lets you see which engine is currently active.

Sorry sea Urchin I don't understand what you mean
"UI Prefs tab"

Thanks cocteau48 now I understand. It is ticked so I will now give it a try out.
Thanks for your help
RP.

Under Tools - IE Tab Plus options - there are 4 tabs. The third one is called UI Prefs.

But it looks like you have it sorted now :@)
