When I installed FF many moons ago I was able to transfer everything from IE including my home page. On a new machine with FF pre-installed and FF as the home page I cannot find out how to change the home page to one I want - it must be easy but.....

tools>options>main

Tools / Options / Main

Goto your homepage and select Use Current and ok.

Golly - thanks a bunch. Stupid me - must be getting even older.

Worse than I thought. The new machine is an Asus EE which runs the Xandros Linux version of Firefox and does not have the Tools/Options/Main menu that mine does. There must be a way around this - I hope.

have a look at edit>preferences
