As an old un and pc newbie i have a couple of questions for you whiz kids.
I hear a lot of you talking about how good Firefox and other browsers etc are.
I sign on with aol(am i being thick here but is that classed as a browser).
I also have an icon which i can open internet explorer.
Can i if i want load Firefox or another if i wanted?
And would i just press an icon to get on them?
Would i also get aol on them?
Or would they interfere with how i sign on now.
Hope you can understand that.

Get online with AOL, minimise AOL browser, and open Internet Explorer.

You can use any browser you like and, if you wish, install two or more; you will be able to click on an icon similar to that for IE (Quick Launch section in bottom left hand side of the screen) or a Desktop shortcut (double click).

You can have more than one browser on your computer, a lot of us use Internet Explorer and Firefox - I use both, but prefer Firefox.

PS - I have Firefox set as my Default browser, with an icon on my desktop for when I want to use Internet Explorer.

I am a 73yrs young wizzkid .... LoL
