Im on a network. One of the pc's has a virus. I have the IP address. Is there any way in ie. command prompt, that i can find out where the PC is based in the building?

I dont think you can do this, but im not sure, dont the pc's have AV software? just run a scan on them. You could always try click here it a standalone scanner and can be saved to floppy so you could scan all the pc's with it.

Im trying to locate the PC. Its a huge building and the users in here seem to "forget" to scan their PCs.
