ive tried to find the chipset drivers for a
North Bridge Chipset: sis 740
on thier page i cant see anything that says chipset just single items for lan , audio.ide etc
but i have always know you have to put the chipset on first the these other items after

so are these different and you just load then seperate in any order because i tried the audio first and now the computer dosent close down, says closing down then hangs

Sis are not the best for support, can you give the exact mobo model? Then we can better help!

Use the SiS chipset identification online facility click here it will tell you what Sis chipsets you have and take you to the driver for it.
