Wot is the fill rate on a motherboard?

I've never heard of a fill rate being used to describe a motherboard - fill rate is usually a measure of how quickly a graphics card can fill, or 'colour in', a polygon, i.e. draw a picture. Perhaps the motherboard has an on-board graphics chip?

Can you supply any additional information?
