Hello, when i download a form or a document from a web site e,g travel insurance or a receipt or something i have booked:the Pc shows me a 'red icon' which is the microsoft picture library image. When you click on it, it does not open to see the document you have just down loaded. Can any one suggest what has happened or steps to help me change this to view the files? I am on Vista and using M/s office 2003 thankyou.
