But for the record, I had an order delivered this week without any hassle. In fact, they upgraded me to next day delivery free of charge, stating that they had had problems in the past with delivery, but had invested heavily in solving the problem.
e-notes can take some time to answer and I know from past experience, when things are wrong, it is frustrating when you can't get a timely answer.
In their defence, they have always sorted problems out; eventually!
