Not enough information - version of Windows would help for a start, any antivirus or antispyware products installed? Update and do a complete scan with them first. Run a disk check (different approach depending on your version of Windows). Start menu/run, type msconfig, click startup tab, untick tasks one at a time starting from the bottom of the list first and reboot each time until the problem goes away.

You may find this of help click here

From the list of problems yours would appear to be an`invalid process attach attempt` there is information and a further link under the `0x00000005` heading.
