fast encode and burn

hi i bought a disks at a car boot sale with 30 new movies or fairly new and i need software to convert and burn them to dvd quick cause ive been using nero and its taking me 3 to 6 hours to encode and burn and its a pain waiting so could someone help me

If there already on disks then why do you need to put them on to a dvd?

Most if not all films are copy protected and also you should not be asking these kind of questions on this forum, pirating films or anything else is looked at dimly on here.

they are avi and i need them on dvd ...seperate so i can watch on my dvd player

A friend of mine used this program to convert some AVI that he got from his digital camcorder (I think it was that) He said it done a good job.

If all the films are seperate AVI files then the program I mentioned should do the job.

can any one tell me if windows movie maker is on the slow side at encoding eg 1hr to encode a 20min video thanks
