Today I spent several hours on the phone to NTL to resolve the on going email Problem
Eventually I managed to speak to a manager at Customer Service ,who confirmed that Yahoo Groups had been Blacklisted due to Viruses & spam messages
NTL are using a spam filter,the information that the filter uses comes from two companies JAMM and SORBS who have added Yahoo groups to their Black list which NTL uses ( thanks to Peter Leadbeater at MANTMA group for that info)
Yahoo by phone and explained the situation,and they gave The following email address [email protected] and I sent off the message that I posted to the Group, and low an behold I started getting messages Now Other NTL users are having similar problems ,but are still to start receiving emails .My only suggestion Is for these NTL users to use the above email and lodge a complaint ,Im still to receiving an answer from Yahoo, But in the mean time if enough people complain then Yahoo might get the finger out and get it sorted
