Fancy frames in MS-Word?

I am familiar with setting a page border in MS-Word; and also inserting a textbox which can be bound with various lines of several different colours.
But is it possible to frame a textbox in the optional ‘theme’ artwork available in Pageborder?

Toolbar/Format/Borders & Shading/Page border tab. Look to the bottom of the window for "ART" then use the drop down menu to see the fancy border selection.

Yes Djohn, thanks, I am aware of that area and was hoping that someone would reveal a trick or two that would apply these 'art' features to the frame of a textbox. At the moment (Word 2002) you can only put a line around a textbox. Perhaps there is an add-on from MicroSoft?
