remove the side of the case off and see of you can locate the whereabouts of the noise

If its a noisy fan its often caused by no more than the fan blades being dirty - the dirt causes the blades to go out of balance and noise results. Either blow them through or better clean them off with a soft clean paintbrush.

is it a new pc? you can enter the bios if you are confident and competent enough and increase the temp that the fan kicks in at by a few degrees

if it's the cpu fan that you cleaned only six weeks ago, replace it, don't take any chances with cpu fans, your pocket tends to feel it when you do.
