Looks like if your keyboard writes gobbledegook on your laptop then pressing the appropriate keys fix it, well, did for Alexpa anyway.

Obviously does not realise that Helproom is for people to ask for help and not for posting of random tips.

If the majority of threads were tips like the above there would hardly be any room left for peoples real problems.

As rdave13 says this is for a laptop without a separate numbers pad. It is only num lock on and off.
