extracting iso files

how do i extract the data files from an iso image in windows xp? I have an iso image and need to get to the data contained in it. Thanks

to the best of my knowledge, I think u need to 'mount' the iso with a suitable program such as power iso, or magic iso in order to see & then extract the files on the iso image.

You will need to buen it to disc using one of many burning programs then you can run the disc.
