I want to get a HD to primarily store photos and other rarely used files, thus I need one that's reliable primarily please.

The computer shopper site recommends a Buffalo DriveStation Combo 500GB (£100), any suggestions other than this pls? Looking to spend £100 max

Thanks!

Buy one of these:

Then you can use any IDE or SATA drive. Whether it is a 3.5, or 2.5 laptop drive or even a DVD drive.
