Export OE Emails to a new PC

I have just got a new PC and want to copy all of my emails from the old PC to the new one. Can I do it, and, if so, how? Thanks. Both PCs are using Outlook Express and Windows XP

Copy folder: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities \{long sequence of numbers and letters}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
to a backup CD-R(W) mFlash drive etc.

To import the email back into OE:
1) Open Outlook Express
2) Click File - Import - Messages
3) Highlight Microsoft Outlook Express 6, and click Next
4) Choose Import mail from an OE6 store directory, and click OK
5) Browse to the location (folder) where you backed up your email and click OK.

Sorry Guys, am I being a bit thick here?

I don't understand why you need to copy emails to another computer.

I receive emails, I answer them and I then delete them. Why would I need to keep them?

Any number of reasons - useful information, s/ware regisration information etc. (and of course they are regularly backed up!).
