What graphics card do you have? The graphics card may need updating.

hi mate, my video card is a xabre 20 rev 01 64mb
bios 1.01.03 (sis compatible vga)

What specification does the game require. I suspect a new graphics card is needed.

Also do you have an onboard card?

The card is on board. and the game requires a 3d
hardware accelerated video card with direct x 9.0c support (64 mb ati or nvidea video card recommeded)

The grphics card should be ok then. Have you tried taking the game back. Sorry I can't be of anymore help.
