Excell - help!

Hey Guys!!

I use excel - a lot! For work related purchases i use order numbers. Eg,


These are all down the same column. Obviously i don't want to type everyone of these out, is there any quick way of doing this??

Type in


and press Enter. Now click in that cell and hover the cursor over the bottom right of the cell until the cursor turns into a +

Hold down the left mouse button and drag down as many rows as needed, then release the mouse button.

If you already have numbers set up I find that if you highlight the last 2 numbers and do as VoG suggests Excel continues the numbers sequentually.
