Excel: transferring info from a Word table

Hi - is it possible to transfer names and addresses from a table in a Word doc (as in a 7 deep by 3 wide set of address labels) to an ordinary Excel spreadsheet?

I'm aiming to have a separate line for each name and address, with separate columns for first name, last name, and the various address lines etc.

I suppose it could be cut and pasted or retyped but I wondered if the Excel gurus could come up with something more complicated!

Cut and paste is the simplest.

Phew - that was speedy, VoG™! Thanks. I'll have a look at the 2nd option - the names and addresses are Danish & I certainly don't fancy retyping! Sorry to have draggd you away from the scintillating TV....
