excel template

Hi, I have created earlier in the year an accounts template for my finances, and now it is the end of the year is it possible to somehow have my template again cleared of all the figures i have in my immediate 2009 template as i forgot to make a copy when I started without any figures, and of course I do not want to lose my immediate completed finance template which I can save. Hope you understand what I am trying to explain? thank you.

You could remove the figures then File > Save As and save as 2010.xls or similar.

I would do the oposite to VoG™'s sugestion - do a 'save as', call it 2010 and save, then once you have checked it is there remove the unwanted entries. Or you can copy 'n' paste the whole sheet to another (blank) sheet then remove the unwanted data.
