I have in Col A a list of dates, runnin in chronolgical order, and in Col 2 a list of currency figure. I have made a graph to show as a column graph. I have since added figures but the graph does not extend to cover these additions. Is there anyway I can cover these additional values, or do I have to start a graph from scratch.

Thanx

Right click one of the bars in the chart > Source Data > Data Range tab and edit the range.

BUT, I don't seem to have that option. When I right click one of the bars I get the folloeing options:-
1) Delete
2) Reset to Match style
3) Change series chart type
4) Select Data
5) Add data label
6) Add trendline
7) Format data point

I am running Excel 2007, will that make a difference ?

Sorry but I don't have access to Excel 2007 at the moment.

In Excel 2003 and earlier my method works, or you can select Source Data on the Chart menu.

Try the Help for Source Data.

When you are viewing the chart the Chart Tools tabs Design, Layout and Format should be available on the right of the ribbon.

Click Design then click Select data and change the range in the Chart data range box.

Select data is also available if you right click a blank area of the chart.
