Excel printing

I have been asked to help with a local charity library. There are approx 10,000 books, which need updating/removing regularly. Handling the data is not a problem - but how can I print alternate pages (approx 300) please? May also need to alternate margins, but I can manage that, I hope.....
TIA
Kim

Can you not do that via your printer software. I have HP at work and Epson at home, and on one I can select either odd or even page numbers to print, and on the other I can select to print both sides (Printer is NOT duplex), so it only prints odds and then requests the paper replacing other way up to print evens.
Is that an option at all?

Picklefactory, you got me all excited there! However, my laserjet 1000 does not support this function, and all HP can suggest is upgrading the printer to a newer model......what a surprise!
Thanks anyway

It can be done within Excel, but I think it would require some VBA. I'll see what I can find, but someone will probably be along before I get there, and with a better answer than I'll find anyway.
