Excel lbs to stones and pounds

Doctors orders says I must lose weight (and stop drinking :-( ).

So my chart reads
A) date
B) weight in pounds

I wish
C) Stones and pounds

VoG™, you did this for me before, but that computer is long gone!

=INT(B1/14) & " St " & INT(MOD(B1,14)) & " lb(s)"

Hmm, step by step please! My first entry in B is B3.

so in C3 put VoG's formula, but change B1 to B3...

=INT(B3/14) & " St " & INT(MOD(B3,14)) & " lb(s)"

then for every weight in lbs entry (B3 downwards), just copy the formula in C3 down, it will automatically adjust to the new row.

Thanks both.
