Please, how do I write this formula properly?
If a1=1 and b1=2 then let c1=d1

I'm no Excel expert, but I think this works. Enter this in cell C1. The value in C1 will then be 0 if A1 isn't 1 or B1 isn't 2. Otherwise C1 will be equal to D1.

=(D1)*AND(A1=1,B1=2)

Gongoozler, this works perfectly.....but I need a final tweak please....if A1 isn't 1 and B1 isn't 2 how can I get C1 to equal Minus 1...?
