Excel 2002 - Conditional formatting?

Is conditional formatting available in Excel 2002?

I thought it was, but can't get the option to come up on the drop down menus.

Any advice available on this one please?

Yep, it should be there.
Format menu > Conditional Formatting

It was introduced in Office '97 if memory serves

It definitely is there because I use it at work extensively, I would be stumped without it.

If all else fails then it is in Open Office, I use it on there as well.

You might have to click on the arrow at the bottom of the Format menu to see it.

Weel folks ... thnaks ... but no go.

There is no arow at the bottom of the list ... it is fully extended.

I have tried using the Office Professional XP CD to 'Add and Remove' features and then to 'Repair Office', both to no avail.

The bizarre thing is that I run the same installation on my Lapt-top Vista-Home ... and it appears there.

Really annoying.

Thanks for the time you have spent trying to help,... it is appreciated.
