I have a large video file of about 10 gigabytes that never finished downloading. At least I don't think it did, I cant really remember. It was a long time ago. however, whenever i try to delete the file, my computer freezes. i cant control alt delete, i can only manually turn it off. it freezes when i try to move the file as well. so I'm stuck with this file, and i want to remove it. any ideas how to remove a stubborn file like this? thanks
Which explains how if you have a corrupt image file you want to access, you will need to unregister 2 dll's to prevent windows attempting to preview the corrupt file and freezing up, then you can delete the file, then re-register the 2 dll's again for normal windows preview of video files.
