Every start up, Bad disk error message, why?

every time i start my compute up i get an error saying one or more of your disk drives may have errors, press a key to run scandisk. I do that and nothing is found.

Another strange thing, i clicked on C: properties in my computer and tried running SFC (start, run, sfc) and it wont scan it. Is it because i recently partioned my drive? I had C: & D: but recently added one so now ive got C:,D:,E:,F:,G:.

All the other drives check for errors but on C:, nothing happens!

by the way F: is my cd-rom drive and G: is my cd-r writer drive

Hi Mad Boy.........have you done a thorough scan disk on all and ticked 2automatically fix errors"
that should identify errors and fix them
