Is this a shortcut on your desktop or the link in Start; All Programs?

  Dave Phi 17:17 26 Jan 2008

On the desktop.

  Clapton is God 17:20 26 Jan 2008

Go to Start; All Programs and find the link to IE.

Right click on that link and then left click on Send To; Desktop (create shortcut)

This assumes, of course, that the link in Start; All Programs works OK and isn't corrupt!

The only one I can find is IE (No add ons) Can I use this one?

Ok, that get's rid of th message, how do I get it to go straight to as home page and to keep the add on's on?

  Clapton is God 17:38 26 Jan 2008

To set your home page, go to the page you want and then, in IE, go to Tools; Internet Options; General and, at the top, where it says Home page' click on 'Use Current'.

Not sure what you mean by "keep the add on's on?"
