Hi there,

Can anyone please help. Each time I start up my computer I get this Window message:
Loadqm
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down
If the problem persist, contact the program vendor.

Then two options: Close & Details
Click Details and I get: Loadqm caused an invalid page fault in module QMGR.DLL at 018f:00585b9a
Then there is Registered and loads of letters and numbers.

Thanks

Henmin

Maybe it is drizzling click here

VoG™,

Thanks fot the Link. Yes, it's drizzling unfortunately.

I opened up the Link and followed the instructions. I had to skip to step 2. Got as far as The Program Files folder. Unfortunately, I can'r locate the MSN folder. I have two other MSN folders - MSN App and MSN Messenger. Neither of these have the MSNCoreFiles folder. So I'm stuck just there. Is there anywhere else I can locate this MSN Folder? This problem started immediately after a Windows Update that arrived.

VoG™ is there anything you know that I can do to sort the problem out?

Thanks

Henmin

"Always make a BACKUP of your registry before editing it!"

It seems a bit silly to ask, but I will all the same. How VoG™

Thanks.

Start, Run, type in

regedit

and click OK. In the Registry Editor File/Export and save a copy (backup) somewhere handy like your Desktop.

If things go wrong (unlikely) double click this file to restore the registry.

VoG™,

WOW! Thanks!! It's gone. I've done it! I've done it!! I was a bit timid in the beginning opening up each of those Folders. But then when we have lovely helpful folks like you giving up your time to Help, I told myself, "Go on, get on with it."

Yes, I will now delete the other 7 files as well and kiss MSN Queue Manager goodbye.

Thanks VoG™ once again.

Henmin
