I keep getting a message that says "the instruction a 0x5a002f32 reference memory at 0x00ae99e0 the memory could not be read.

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Limewire? I don' thinks so.

The only reference i could find relating to your error codes are related to Limewire.

If this is not on your system,possibly a corrupt system file,though could be anything...more info is needed.

Does this error pop up when you open a certain program,try to burn a cd/dvd etc.

First thing to try;

Assuming xp

Start / Run and type

sfc /scannow

And enter

Note the space between c and /

If windows is not preinstalled,you may need your windows disc.

Understanding sfc click here

This could be a corrupt program you have installed.
