error file permanently displayed on screen

Can anyone help with the followin problem?.
I loaded "deep space explorer" from the magazine disc and then decided to delete it.
Now I have a permanent error file displayed on screen. The file reads,"Runner file name (fspex.exe) lacks a '-' (the app id separator)".
How can I remove it?

Sounds like you need to clean all redundant registry paths after your uninstall.Dont forget to restart your system when you have run these 2 programs.

fspex.exe is a process associated with F-Secure Anti-Virus Software. It is an automatic updater for F-secure

Reload the Program and remove it as you should through Add Remove in Control Panel. NOT DELETE IT
