system been stable then all of a sudden started to crash whilst playing games error reporting the same file every time: c/docume~/dan/locals~1/temp/wer1.tmp.dir00/sysdata.xml. found this file and opened it to see a sys data log. can i safely delete these documents. will it help any of my problems?

also a little detail on the machine spec & software progs/games that are problematic.

Probably XP. Since the file is in a Temp folder, it's safe to delete the file. Whether it will make any difference is another thing.

What does the error message actually say?

some things to try maybe.

to get rid of .tmp files safely try cleanup.use the default standard settings click here this finds more junk than windows own disk cleanup can and has never caused any problems for me on win xp.

make sure windows is all up to date click here

install the latest drivers for the raddy 9800 click here

install direct x9b click here

patch your game click here

update your motherboard chipset drivers.
