Epson RX600 problem

Some advice please.

When I print I get a deep scored straight line down the whole length of the page. When you watch it printing you can see this comes from what looks like a small metal wheel of which there are a number across the width. It seems that the wheel could be further down than it should?

What are my options in terms of repair? Or does repair cost more than replacing it?

We've just had to move house could this type of fault come from being moved?

repair will probably cost more than a new one. This wheel can you see the direction it needs to go in to miss the paper? If so get a thin piece of wood and carefully press the wheel in that direction. A gentle tap may reseat it.

I'll try that, assuming i can get in there? We had a house move so i imagine it got disturbed then?
