Epson C42UX Stylus Printer Cartridge

  Duncanf 10:37 18 Feb 2005

I'm at my son's computer and he's at work just when the red light has appeared on the above printer indicating a cartridge is needing replaced before the printer will function. Problem is, which cartridge? There doesn't seem to be any indicator saying black or colour as I have on my Epson 600. Any ideas in case I replace the wrong one? Thanks in anticipation

Make sure that printer is switched on, Go to Control Panel>Printers. Printer should show in the panel. Highlight it and click onto printer preferences in the left hand panel. This show the panel showing ink levels. Regards Carper
