Will 'End-It-All' program (for ending all tasks prior to defragmenting etc) work under Windows XP ? Their site mentions only Win NT and Win 2000. I use it under Win ME and it is excellent, but would like to use it on my laptop.

I've used EndItAll2 on XP[left version1 on my 9x OS's]and if truth be told it doesn't actually close much[4 things on my XP] - assuming you manually close whatever progs you can prior to employing EndItAll[as per instructions].

So yes it does work and it does take account of the many more necessary processes required by XP.

I use it also, on XP and it works fine. I have version one, but there is now a version two out, Try downloading it and give it a go. It is excelent software.
