End of AVG free, what should I do?

Hi Guys,

I have been informed that my AVG free edition is going to start costing me money inthe next few weeks, to be honest I don't mind. I have found it really good and easy to use so won't mind paying for it. I would like some opinions from the helproom on other alternatives though. I have just set up my new laptop on a network with my old Advent 3301 running 98se.
What in the expert opinion of the helproom, would be a good anti virus protection for my two computers, as I am unsure, would I have to buy two licences for the pc's or just one for the network?
What is the best value for money and, are they better than the current AVG I am really happy with?

I did indeed read it wrong, I will download the new version as instructed and carry on with AVG.

Once again, thanks to all who posted so promptly,
