I am using tesco.net and suddenly I could not download and access my emails - the server had been disconected!!I rang Tesco and they said it was NAV which had caused the problem in the lasr 36 hoursHas anyone else had this problem - I was told to turn off virus scan on outgoing and incoming emails send one email and then restart with the two enabled againThis worked for a while but then it stopped again I have now truned off scanning but really I would like it for at least incoming emailsHelp would be appreciatedThanks Phil

There was a Common client update earlier in the week which has caused a few problems. This has been withdrawn and a new version is now available if you run live update - this has sorted the problems I had
