All you need to know is your ntl pop3 server, your account name and your password.

In your mail client at work enter these details and the freeserve smtp server (for sending mail) and it will all work ok.

There will also be an option to tell it not do delete the mail from the sever - thus you can then also download it from home.

You can go to the NTL Website on your machine at work and log on with your user name and passwword the same one use for your internet connection and then you can get your email online there is also an option to leave a copy of your emails on the server so you can download the sae ones when you get home

I don`t know of this will work with NTL, but it works with Freeserve, ic24, BT Internet, Lineone, and others;
