Hi,My boss is no longer able to receive any email, he can send ok though.I've checked the settings in Outlook and there doesn't appear to be any problems with the POP3 and SMTP settings.I know that the router isn't the cause as I am able to send and receive emails through Port 110 fine.I've tried disabling the Firewall on his PC, no difference there.I've installed Thunderbird to see if that makes a difference, but it doesn't appear to.I'm sure I've missed something to check, but don't know what.I've tried doing a telnet connection from his PC, but nothing happens. When I try it from my PC I get a "connection lost" message.I've checked with the ISP and they say that there is no problems with the Email server at their end.Any ideas?
Have you tried deleting the account and then re-crating it? That quite often works.
Strangely enough, after a month of it not working, we managed to pick up all the emails today. Seems to be fine...
