If you are trying to access your mail through Outlook xpress or Windows Mail etc this request usually means it cannot access your account.

Have you tried going direct to the server?

How do I do that?

It is worth checking the server occasionally to check the spam folder etc.

For future reference just go to the blueyonder home page and click on email click here

As posted by ened, you should be able to access the help pages on your iSP web site.

From there, you can access your email and use the contact address to ask what is wrong.

I can't because my password is being rejected.
