email not arriving

My daughter in California has moved and changed her address from one ISP (clearwire) to another(verizon). My first messages to her were ok but now she gets nothing and the message is NOT returned to me. I normally use authsmtp settings but changed back to Orange to try it. The first orange message was ok but now that has failed. A similar situation with Yahoo, first Ok then no luck. I have asked authsmtp to chase and they have send me copies of "delivery receipts" from Verizon. Verizon deny there is a problem at their end. It looks like some form of "sender blocking" after any message is received for the first time . Anyone with any ideas please ?

You could get her to use Hotmail just to check if it is her Verizon settings

Tried that, works ok Can't do much at moment though....middle of the night there
